I am currently a senior at Firestone CLC in Akron. I began taking violin lessons at age 9 and have played with school orchestras throughout elementary school. In my middle school years I played with the Akron Youth Philharmonic and am now playing with the Akron Youth Symphony. At Firestone, I play with the Chamber music ensemble, Firestone orchestra and the pit orchestras for the musicals.
I'm currently applying to colleges such as The Ohio State, Kent State, Berklee College of Music and NYU for studying Music Business.
I'm offering lessons to students in grades 1-8 interested in beginning to play violin or taking their early playing skills to the next level. I am familiar with Suzuki and Essential Elements book work. I often start in those books. But I'm flexible if there is something else you'd like to work on. We can also work on school music as well.
